Listen to the recurring hook, then listen to And The Beat Goes On. There may be some Slave in there, but I know The Whispers are infused, as well. I'm more than sure you're right, though.

Nah...I don't hear that at all....the Bass is Definitely a "Mark Adams"-derivative of the Slave song...listen to it.
