@digschopper I agree. We are all full now here in NH. I bought the last available lot. There is PLENTY of land available in Arizona. They get lots of sun there.

I'm sorry, i was referring to the land and the fact that you had the opportunity to purchase such a beautiful piece of property at the right time and especially at the right place. I didn't mean to offend by not acknowledging the fact that you worked hard for that.
