The start of the Pantry Stores 300 at Rougemont.

Jason Keller (#57) starts on the pole and leads the first lap, but Kenny Wallace (#8) takes the lead on the next lap.

Roy Payne (#27) stacks the field up when he has a tire go flat. He makes a pit stop, no caution.

Mike McLaughlin (#34) also has a flat tire and stack the field up behind him as he tries to head to the pits.

  • 4,6 ltr engines with ca. 460 hp. Reliable and than they went to the v8 i believe valve angle 18 degrees. Thomas
