Heard another JAL story: Over water approach to landing w Japanese Captain/ American Co pilot, Capt wouldn't speak to Co pilot, CO reads out altitudes "You're 100 feet low, 200 feet low, Captain you're below the glide slope!!" No reply from Capt, JAL DC-8 hit the water 1/2 mile from runway, sank, up to their shoulders in salt water, Co pilot said: "What now Captain, up periscope?"

It just made me feel all sad inside because when he said that the guy's Grandma and Aunt died. But I felt mad, mostly for the boy's parents. His mother/father's sister died, and his mother/father's Mom. How would you like it if you lost a sibling or a mother? It's terrible, even if you lose a Grandmother or an Aunt, it's sad to lose them when you're so young, or when you've known them for a long time... It just made feel bad...
