Good video. This is very useful stuff for black men to learn because you know how they get attacked by white women all the time.

Avanced? Please... Don't gives the ninjutsu a bad image. This is a trainning kata for beginners to understand the basic ideas... A sort of principes... Nothing that you will ever use... OH and by the way, in REAL real time, stopping a punch with fingers is like playing the game with fingers and a knive... Instead that you use a hatchet.
