As long as authors like Dan Brown, Stephenie Meyer, JK Rowling, Stephen King, and other authors with a fan base similar to the others mentioned about, this film will always be pertinent. Don't sell yourself short, Mr. Carpenter. You're the master!

I really need to rewatch this. One of the few Carpenter films I haven't seen dozens of times. In fact, only just once, a few years ago. It boggled my mind and I had no idea what to make of it. Haha!!

I love this guy! Would like to have a drink with him sometime but it will probably never happen.

Creepy old man riding a bicycle on a darkened deserted road... if that shit didn't scare you, then you don't read Sutter Cane.

Maestro Carpenter likes Jerry Fielding.....definitely a man of superb style and knowledge. ..the greatest.

I agree 100%. Loved this film ever since I first saw it, I used to watch it over and over, it's one of the best horror films I've seen. Very underrated as you say.

Carpenter's most underrated film, in my opinion. One of the darkest and creepiest horror films ever made.
I love this film, so underrated. Carpenter was unstoppable in the 80s and this is one of the few films he put out in the 90s that really delivered.
