You did it wrong, you're supposed to hang for a sec then flip. My friend did it and he landed on the top of his back and he bounced back up, it was so good.

Dude that vid was taken at the beggining of last year. I can do them a lot better now. I'll put another one on as soon as i'm of these crutches.
