Lol quentin, i think you've missed a lot of the gospel buddy. It even says do not avenge yourselves, but to serve and love your enemies. he repeats this a lot.

You are to be armed with love, and symbolic gifts, sword of righteousness. It never says store up weapons to fight others. For you to claim people can't repent is blasphemy. Mainly, because a lot of the new testament was written by a sworn enemy of the church;PAUL :).

Shane's theory is good... except one thing: It doesn't work against the wicked - I'm not talking about the lost. I'm talking about the sworn enemies of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. When they rise to power, they will always bring destruction on Christians. It's a matter of history. They don't, and can't, repent. The BIble makes this clear. And this is the reason Christ commanded us to be armed. NOT FOR OFFENSE! Defense. Pacifism - which Shane calls radical love - does not comply with Luke 19:27.
