Salutations,
I wanted to share the Portuguese fireworks finale of 2008 (as well as some prior segments leading up to it) taken from the largest and most prestigious fireworks competition in the world, right here in Montreal. However, I want to apologize for that minor annoyance of that long line to the right constantly making an appearance - I think this was mainly reflectivity of the fireworks off the lamp post there. Fortunately, it does not obstruct the footage for this beautiful finish.
I also highly recommend you to visit http://www.montreal-fireworks.com/schedule.html , where you're more than welcome to view and converse in all of our fireworks- related threads. You'll get the chance to read thorough reviews for each of the participants that are expected to compete and also get insider information well in advance for each individual competitor and see what is expected of them! Explore the wide collection of glamorous photos taken from our three professional photographers and get the privilege to read through in depth information for the "behind the scenes" of the competition! Also, best of all, register yourselves as members to get the golden opportunity to now view the entire 30 minute performance on video of each competitor so far for 2008 - all recorded from the site's administrator, Dr. Paul Marriott, who is right up front at La Ronde and offers the best viewing perspective there is.
Hope to see you on our forum!

I love how enthusiastic the crowd is around you - who could blame them?
