Great speech bij Buddy Guy in Mississippi, telling the truth about the blues. After that he plays stuff of the Cream, Hendrix Voodoo Child and John Lee Hooker.

  • that was a kinda "rap"/"lesson" he was on for awhile, seen him more times than i can count and love every second,a true legend in flesh...

  • what cant he play is the question......ladies and gentelmen BUDDY GUY!!!

  • @GATTAPADRE I agree that Cream had alot going on, but I also agree with Buddy when he says that the blues came from the US. When ever we hear something we think is new we should probably wonder where it came from and check that music out and we can all grow just a little bit more Have a great day!

  • @MOBIKNOBI1001 Hey, I'm sorry, but I was wrong! I think it was Jack Bruce on Bass and Ginger Baker on drums, and of course Eric Clapton on guitar. (See what getting old gets you ha ha ) take it easy man

  • @MOBIKNOBI1001 That song is strange brew by Cream with Eric Clapton on guitar, Ginger Baker on bass and I can't remember the drummer's name. It was pretty good, but there is none better than Buddy Guy! ( Sorry, but I am a huge Buddy Guy Fan) You probably already know who it was but I want to make sure that anyone interested in great music has access to every ones memories. Hope it helps

  • who knows the first song its legendary

  • Ya'll shut the fuck up. hahaha

  • Im disappointed that he called that dude out in the audience and threw a F bomb at him.

  • I've seen him live twice. Once was at a blues show, but there were several acts. He was a headliner, playing right before the main headliner-BB King. Better show was at a smaller club and he was the headliner. Hed the audience in the palm of his hand. He played mean and fast and slow and subtle. He belted out tunes and whispered some parts so quiet everyone the stopped making noise to hear him. Get the chance-go see him.

  • brisish invasion= bullshit!!!
