A languorous piece by Chopin that cries out in the night. Sissel's singing is superb. The man singer is Natalino Otto, an old Italian pop singer, the "King of Rhythm", who introduced American blues to Italy in the 40's and was banned by Fascists for his barbaric import. Natalino is still remembered and loved by all Italians.

  • Booth did a very great job.

But its a bit to slow, a very pity.

  • There is also a lovely version in English by Lesley Garrett

  • FANTASTIC!!!- Arrangements: Jorge Calandrelli com " Tristesse -"Ojczyzno TY MA".

  • Bah...per come è bella la lingua italiana, poteva essere molto molto meglio.

  • Thank you - I never heard N.O. before, and I am now hooked!

Sissel needs no complement - she has the world in the palm of her hand, and rightly so.

  • I like Natalino Otto's voice and skill. Many thanks.
