This piece is to accompany the remarks I made about the finnish tango in Cuesta Abajo. "To my red headed girl" was composed by Olavi Virta, one of the most notable finnish tango singers and composers.
This piece has the neverending never tiring tactic beat of the drumset and leaves very little room for interpretation as far as the progress of the melody. However, unlike many other even more rythm bound finnish tangos (like "Satumaa" or in english "Wonderland") "To my red headed girl" is somewhat more sophisticated and inclined towards the argentinian way of tango. Mayby the experience of trying to make feel and interpret tangos while singing gave Virta some advantage to create a less "strapped" tangos, unlike the purely composer backrounded finnish tango writers like Unto Mononen.
2011, listening it now, I'm making a way too much a point of the drum beat and playing too fast, so what ever you do don't learn from this video, just listen to Virta sing this piece. You can find in in Youtube.

@ebute74 Thank you very much for your comment. I'll make a sweep of the local library archives to try and find the sheet music. Can't promise I find them, but I'll try.
