  • Great video. Thanks for posting. Question: when benching with a barbell it is said that the elbows should not flare out but rather stay semi close to the body (about 45 degrees) otherwise you can damage your rotary cuff; so does the same rule apply to dumbbell benching? I am asking because I noticed the elbows where flared (about 90 deg) while he was doing the DB incline bench press. Just to clarify I am not the form police, I am just wondering. Thanks again.

  • @yyportne sometimes we do elbows out and sometimes elbows in on the dumbbells, our wrestlers though, most of the time go neutral, baseball players, pretty much always go neutral

  • May I ask what event this guy does?

  • Train. Eat. Supplement.?? WOW I call those poeple weak.

  • The bearwalk with the band is a great idea

  • @ZEvenEsh Everyone is a form nazi. If only they were getting strong nazis.

  • @AmericanGMS Floor presses help you with the last part of the bench, which is more triceps, obviously cuz the floor stops your elbwos from going further down. The floor press also helps with your explosion, because your forced too slow down the descension of the bar. If you come down with the bar fast your elbows will hurt like a motherf*****. In order to lift a lot on floor presses you have to explode after the slower descension of the bar.

  • whats the difference to doing floor presses and bench presses? what does it do for you?

  • uggggggggggghhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!! i want to train with you

  • great video that gym looks awesome.
