1/3lb salmon filets
Honey Mustard
Pepper
Panko Bread Crumbs
Asparagus
Cucumber

Macros per filet: 400 calories, 40 grams protein, 10 grams carbs, 15 grams fat (healthy omega)

  • @apxeli It's still easier to remove the fish this way. I haven't had a problem with grease ever and foil is so inexpensive I don't see the purpose of reusing it. But it's all about what's easiest for you!

  • Why bother spraying oil because nobody eats the skin? Doesn't matter if it sticks. Besides, after cooking the grease is flowing all over the place and u are not able to to use that foil again.

  • @CampbellFitness That salmon recipe came out awesome! Good flavor, easy to make and quick too. I substituted the greens you had and made a nice big green salad with light balsamic dressing. For sure going in the recipe file. Thanks again.
