February 2nd Stamford Railfanning

i chilled at stamford on tuesday for like 2 hours to what was there. Caught some normal and kinda rare stuff. Like the danbury train had 4 cars, and when i got there, was sitting on track 5. Then it pulled into the little siding yard to the left (New Canaan trains normally sit there) Other things include a miny hornduel between a a hhp-8, pulling 9 cars including an amfleet 2, and a shoreliner cab. And then train 55 had 2 AEM-7's and that horizon car but only 4 cars. Then the first genny power Danbury train had one eyed jack LOL as u can tell. It was a good 2 hours LOL

Why did that shore line east come back after it departed?

no no no, u got it all wrong. there are 2 shit line east trains that come into and leave stamford. there's one that leaves at 4:46pm while the other waits. Then the second one pulls in and sits for about 20-15 minutes until 5:11pm when it leave. this is a, no offence, a stupid comment :P cuz if u looked at the road numbers and how many cas the SLE had, u could tell it was 2 different trains. LOL

I knew there were two sle's that went to Stamford but it looked like the same set that just left the station. Becuase then you transitioned to another clip that was of the next SLE. It was very confusing at first.

Train 55 had a rare four car consist because the previous day train 56 (the NB that turns into 55 SB) had issues with one of the cars which was eventually taken off the consist. The train was late out of Washington DC and when I filmed it in Amherst it was a little under 2 hours late. Nice catch
