i did a choke hold on some cracy ass dunk guy tonight,iv been doing kickboxing for a whie and when u have to use these moves in when ur unexpectedly attacked its kinda hard and a rush lol

cool, i've trained with a few of his guys a while ago. I stoped training bjj and just hit the judo pretty hard. Im a blue in bjj and brown in judo. are you still training at renzos?

yea but hes always groundin people at the momment, he seems to want to control rather then finish the fight like he did agasint hughes....yea renzo dosent give belts out easy i know im still a white belt :P...btw gsp did get his black belt thou

i would agree.. but on the bottom if things dont go your way it can be risky. I see his point to use wrestling to keep the fight standing. Hes pretty nasty on the ground. Renzo doesn't give free belts.. Hes a brown. Should have been a black by now but he had some issues with Renzo during the Serra fight.. Would be nice to see a few armbars here and there.
