Simplicity is key only in certain situations... yes, apple has simplified an existing product(mp3 player), but they also raised the price and create a monopoly... It only sold because those consumers, wont take the time to research and educate themselves about technology.. well, i guess that's a good thing...

Typically Ideo. you allways talks so much about creativity, but how good are your creative products relly? They pretty much suck. and you know it. You only re-invent stuff, you dont coume up with something new. And by the way! your industrial design sucks!
