The saw-torture method is more gruesome than you guys might think, since the individual being sawed through is held UPSIDE-DOWN, the brain receives a large amount of blood to keep them alive 'usually' until the saw reaches the heart/upper abdomen. These torture methods albeit painful, do not seem as excruciating as "Scaphism", check it up on Google.
