Thom forgets to play his guitar before the second breakdown. Great performance though. Ripped from The Bends DVD.

Tracklist

2. Fake Plastic Trees
3. Street Spirit (Fade Out)

  • when Thom says it was crap, that was the most wrong anyone has ever been !!!!

  • @MrCharles5770 Have you seen them play OKC live? That particular album was all done with guitars, so I don't know what you're talking about. If you don't like their albums after Bends, it's more because that you don't like the production, the songs themselves, or the electronic based genres themselves. It's silly to knock their later albums by saying the computers 'wrote' the songs anyway, since the only thing they do is make sounds and have no baring on one's talent. Same with guitars.

  • @MrCharles5770 So when I write a paper on my computer, it's actually the computer's thoughts and not mine being put onto paper? and it's doing all the work and I'm actually not doing anything? because that is basically what you are saying. Using a computer to make music is no different than using an instrument. Both can produce sounds that can be organized into melodies, harmonies, and songs, but it takes a very talented person or group of people to make good music from either.
