North Korea has been one of the world's most active suppliers of ballistic missile systems since the mid-1980s, but the nature of its missile export business has changed significantly during this period, moving from sales of complete missiles to sales of production equipment and components, and, finally, to collaborative missile development. Joshua Pollack, Senior Policy Analyst, Science Applications International Corporation, reviews the evolution of this important transition at a Nonproliferation Review Breakfast Roundtable event held on September 13, 2011 in Washington, DC.

    It is already the second video that I see about North Korea and in both of them the relators are jewish guys? Is there any reason?
