very very very VERY sloppy DMs and non-energized band. Damn this was painful to the eyes.

Phoebus has been down the last 2-3 years. So that aint saying much, LOL.. Bethel has come up in the stands. Just give Phoebus some time they'll be back in that arse like always!!

they got second at our band day and in da late 90s i would go watch norcom's band and yall were a beast. but ms. boykins their new director has got the program on point they even got straight 1s at festival.
