At 4 am on March 5, 2011, Pastor Michael-Vincent Crea began boycotting Mike Bloomberg at his home, 17 E 79th St, after Bloomberg HRA, DHS and APS officials lost Pastor Crea's home for the 3rd time in 3 years.

Like his heroine Rosa Parks, Pastor Crea, a disabled 'David', stands up to the NYPD by sitting-in against Bloomberg's Goliath lack of any reliable, real, responsible and equitable Housing policy, protecting the disabled and our most vulnerable New Yorkers.

Mike Bloomberg's failures are the cause, and pass on the cost to taxpayers, for Pastor Crea and others being 'Home Lost', and now, homeless on NYC's streets, subways and shelters, once again.

See parts one, two and three [about 10 min. each] of a seven-hour sit-in, boycotting Bloomberg and the Pastor's stand-off with NYPD.

Production Note: Pastor Crea's boycott successfully found Bloomberg blinking, before going back to bed, by sending David M. Schmid, Assistant Commissioner for Operations from the Mayor's Community Affairs Unit, to meet, greet and address, right on 79th street, Pastor Crea, his own being 'Home Lost' and the Pastor's demands to provide immediate temporary housing, while also addressing Human Resources Adminisration [HRA], Adult Protective Services [APS] and Department of Homeless Services' [DHS] dumping of the Pastor.

Three days of follow-up calls, emails and a personal letter directed to Bloomberg has brought no response, negating Mike Bloomberg campaign literature and public statement: "Promises Made, Promises [N-O-T] Kept, [N-O-T] Delivering Real Results for Every Borough and [N-O-T] Every Block," and especially, N-O-T on East 79th Street!!!

Although Bloomberg went back to sleep under the many blankets of his own tax shelters and has not delivered any real results of any true, viable Housing program ["Housing is a Human Right," MVCrea] and that Bloomberg is still denying the disabled and most vulnerable their due, even at his very doorstep, One World Life Systems [OWLS] Pastor Michael-Vincent Crea's boycott "awakes the Dawn" for a-l-l to view. [Cf. Psalm 57]

Now, OWLS Pastor Crea is determined to bring to the Light of day Mike Bloomberg's dark disdain for the disabled and his HRA, DHS and APS policies that are deliberately dumping the disabled, while arrogantly ignoring our NYC's need for a permanent housing voucher program for our most vulnerable New Yorkers.

Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement [HCCI]has approved Pastor Crea already, and since 2009 offered in writing to Bloomberg staff, apartments awaiting the Pastor's 'new nest.'

Mike Bloomberg, and official retaliation toward this whistleblowing Pastor, have failed to provide for Pastor Crea's rightful, reasonable accommodation with full access to any and all available housing programs, in accordance with the laws protecting him under the American with Disabilities law [1990].

Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney and NYC Comptroller John Lui's contacts and letters, found Bloomberg DHS Commissioner Seth Diamond deaf to reason and defiant against laws mandating "reasonable accommodation" and "full access," for disabled persons, like Pastor Crea, leaving him to sleep on subways for four months.

At a NYS fair hearing on June 21, 2011, Administrative Judge Joel Muhl overturned Bloomberg's Adult Protective Services [APS] dumping of Pastor Crea, causing the lost of his home for the third time in three years on February 22, 2011. Judge Muhl ordered Mike Bloomberg's administration to reinstate all of the HRA/APS services denied Pastor Crea, who is still awaiting his Housing Choice voucher that shall supplement his $814/month Social Security Disability income to afford a one-bedroom, HCCI apartment awaiting him for four years.
