This sums up all the reasons I worship at the altar of Paul. By the way, the "new album" he mentions is 1993's "Muddy Water Blues". If you are a fan of Paul Rodgers and/or the blues, buy it. It's excellent.

  • I was just reading all the comments that people have left and I'm so happy to see that other people love this performance as much as I do. I'm thrilled that I get to see him perform live tomorrow night!!

  • Yeh ok dont get too caried away,, Try and listen to the Free stuff on here. Paul had a different style back then, The man is a collossus and WE WILL MISS HIM ONE DAY!!

  • @govtmule13

He is the greatest blues/r&b/rock vocalist of all time. Certainly!

  • He maybe the last of his kind. Take note.

  • @jan3 Paul had a new band for the Lorelei Tapes including Geoff Whitehorn and Jaz Lochrie. He played with this line-up back around 93/94 for a short time. Jason Bonham on drums and Reeves Gabrelle on guitar. I really like Reeves at this show, I wished he had played with Rodgers more often but as far as I have read this was the last year Bonham or Reeves played with Rodgers.

  • Rodgers 4 God!

  • God, I just love this performance...looks like I'll be watching again for the next few weeks til I get burned out!

  • @freefan thanks for posting this awesome vid, paul lives just down the street from me. it is so cool to know that he can be so famous and still be able to walk the streets here in white rock b.c without so much as a worry. huge fan and i hope he keeps that voice till he is 90!

  • friggin awesome....he can sing...

  • @GOODY61 Yes,I was saying that whoever is playing it always sounds good.Jaz is not playing on this,I was merely correcting the spelling of his name as it was listed as Jac.Jaz played with Bad Co with Bucket.
