@Capricorn1245 The cop was the first person to be agressive so i think the other guy showed restraint by not being a thug back to the cop. Instead he stood up for himself and that is commendable. When you where growing up did any adults teach you about your rights as a human or did they teach you to be submissive?

The guy with the camera is a dillweed trying to provoke the police officer into doing sometihng so he could cry "police brutality!" and sue. So obvious.
Cop showed incredible restraint.
