IRCO Automation - Custom Bridge Gantry

This Custom Bridge Gantry facilitates the welding process for I-beams and structural supports. With two touch-screen HMI control panels the operator can operate the entire machine from either control panel and easily move the two weld carriages into the correct position to commence welding. The weld carriages travel along the main frame of the gantry, and are outfitted with SAW welding heads, seam trackers and flux recovery systems. The gantry travels on a rack and pinion rail system and has the ability to weld both cambered and swept beams.
