in new jersy i was in a traffic jam for 9 hours a truck burst into flames and it was blocked for 40 miles

i4 is like that everyday, accident or not. Used to take me an hour to get to work 5-6 pm and 30 mins to get home at like 4 in the mourning.

Pat...have to agree with you. I remember jsut almost 2 weeks ago, I went to O-Town for family trip. Just make it short, after went to the park on the first day...it was like a bad traffic on I-4 West and it's bad...just really pray for the lives...it couldn't been our families/etc

I was in Orlando in February 2008, last month, and we were stuck on a ramp on I-4 for 1 hour parked because some SUV flipped and caught on fire. People were getting out of cars, backing down the ramp on the shoulder, and even going down the embankment hill through a small pond, to get onto an ajoining highway... crazzyy...

Y'all pray for me, please; my cousin's getting married next month, so I'll be driving from Tampa to Orlando, on same interstate, for the wedding. I hate the i4, but I'll have to psych myself up.
I wish they'd get to inventing the car that folds into a briefcase, like in the Jetsons. In i4 type of gridlock, I couldn't wait until I reach destination—I'd fold that sucker up right in mid-traffic and just walk.
