Its not a stutter...it is the effects of rat shit...from the billions of rats that are in the process of moving in. Building with straw bales is the most expensive, dangerous, sort term and unsustainable way of building a house. Whoever thought this gag up should be shot.
It should be illegal. The commercial wall and insulation is half the price. That is unless you can sucker a gang of tree huggers to come and work for free.
