Ohio State University students help homeowners Rosemarie Rossetti and Mark Leder obtain LEED and NAHB certification for their Universal Design Living Laboratory home. LEED, NAHB and Energy Star promote construction that requires less energy, water and natural resources; produces less waste; and improves indoor environmental quality. The class is Construction Systems Management 670 and the students worked in groups to help Mark and Rosemarie get their certification and realize their dream.
