square off the stairs - get rid of the existing stair nosing.directly glue and screw subprofile.click the plank to the subprofile.use underlayment under the floorboard.insert aluminium stair profile.install riser on the top of new stair tread.measure twice,cut once.leave minimum expansion gap.good luck with your project,regards Michael

Did you butt the laminate right up to the edge of the stringers? I have to install this next week and as a floorlayer I don't often get stair jobs. Also the new quick-step incizo acts as the new stair profile now. I'm thinking of a small expansion gap and the quick-step kit so seal the gaps.
