Members of "La Belle Danse" baroque dance company perform "Aimons Tout Nous Y Convie". Choreographed by Louis Pecour and notated by R.A. Feuillet in 1704, this gentle dance in triple time was originally performed by M. Balon and Mlle Subligny in a revival of J.B. Lully's tragedie lyrique "Thesee" (originally composed in 1675).

Members of La Belle Danse in this performance are Daniel Gariepy and Melissa Fink.

La Belle Danse is a Toronto-based baroque dance company.

"Aimons, Aimons, tout nous y convie,
On aime icy sans danger,
Il est permis de changer,
Chacun y suit son envie.
Mais heureux, cent et cent fois
Un amant qui fait un choix
qui dure autant que sa vie."
