I followed all the steps,and it's not like I've never installed anything before,but when i plug in the usb to my computer it doesn't see it.

what if the computer does not recognize the vcr 2pc? My laptop seems not to recognize the new harddrive- when I plug in the vcr2pc it does not recognize it
