What is going on:

The first scene is her dream as Erik. The second is her walking in on Logan, and then she gets a flash of his memory. The third was suppose to be John when he first got his powers. However, because the movie verse does not have that, I had to improvise.

After the John thing, it switches into something completely different.

First a snip it of the school, then some stars, and then Rogue in the first movie.
What I'm attempting to do here is show what happens in the beginning of Chapter 6. Its where she goes through some changes. When she's sleeping, she remembers what happened at Liberty Island. Her own memories. Something happens to the school, as all metal objects start to move and float.
John thinks that Magneto is back because his lights is floating.
Logan wakes up five feet in the air.

The being with the star in the head is meant to be the caged entity that she has in her head.

All of the John/Pryo with fire scenes are meant to be what the cage power is.

When it shows Logan, Bobby, John and Magneto; it's showing the people she has in her head at the moment.

The scene with the Phoenix is what happened in Chapter 4. Rogue absorbs Logan and gets his memories of when he had to kill Jean.

The flashing purple light is the being once more.

The ending is just emphasizing that it's a Rogue/John fan fiction.

Rogue, Storm, Pyro and Magnito is my favourite in X-men. Love Aaron Stanford and Ian McKellen as actor. And very sad because I don't see their in the new movie :(
