  • The biggest thing he did wrong was to not FIRE every one of the UAW blood suckers, replace them all with non-union workers at 50cents on the dollar (which the big 3 could all do in a heartbeat).

But, the media would have painted them all as horrible scrooges, the union parasites would have striked and chained themselves to the factory and whined about how indispensable their lazy asses are.

Well, they're all going bankrupt now, thanks largely to the billions the UAW extorted over the decades.

  • seen it yesterday! lets chat

im on cam and bored L2

  • Then we give them more!!!

  • bailout is a lost cause....the inevitable will happen

they will just burn through the money in a couple of months

    THEN WHAT ???

  • We can kick and scream all we want but the government will do what ever they want to do and we cant stop it, so the Detroit auto makers will get the money the same way the banks got the money and the tax payers will pay for it, all we can do about it is hope that some people will keep there jobs and the US auto makers learn something from it so they can make a better and cheaper car and pay the loans back in the future. So buy the car that you like to drive.

  • No problem. American manufacturing was good at one time and everyone prospered. This is a sad state we are in and I would really like to see heads roll, ya know. Americans are getting royally f#@ked

  • My apologies

  • FluxCapacitor2008-My statement said nothing about bringing down wages. My frustration lies with the greed of CEO's and corporate executives who have no sense of economic patriotism to this country.

    The insult was uncalled for.

  • The government is always pissing away our money, it better to invest in the working class thin piss it away on Wall Street or a war.

  • Yes all the CEO at any company is over paid, but we cant let a couple bad apples spoil the bunch. You may think your job is safe and not tied to the automotive but it is in some way, dont let envy blind you.
