Mirror's Edge Chapter 3 Speedrun World Record 5:15:12

This is my second speedrun video of chapter three, Heat, and I beat my time by 17 whole seconds.
It's not perfect, but it is pretty freaking good. My biggest mistakes were a lot of side jump boost fails, and a random fun slide for fun. It was fun.

I think you could go even faster if you didn't look around so much. I mean, I know it's probably 'cause you don't remember where everything is, but yeah. But you've probably perfected it by now, almost three years later.

@ovendonkey186 I guess at :29 - but it didn't slow down your time. :38 - it looked like you turned to the right twice I think? Nothing very dramatic, but it might've saved a few seconds. Nice speedrun!

@iiixySaTnAfLaNiF Oh, yeah. Any time I do that I'm doing a side jump to help keep my speed up. I turned twice at :38 because the first one failed, I hit some edge and lost all my speed.

How the hell you do the jump and turn? at 1:49 I cant do that trick

@MartinSawyer Just a bit of practice. Turn during the springboard animation so you jump into the pillar and you should land on the light there. That will allow you to do a wallclimb-turn-jump so you can grab the railing above you. It's pretty hard at first but gets a lot easier the more you do it.
