This video introduces Holy Family's 2011-2012 retreat theme. The retreat explores how we can move through life grounded in God's presence no matter the situation in which we find ourselves. Sometimes it is easy to see God's presence in the world; feelings of peace remind us that we are not alone. But there are times when we experience the absence of God, and we may lose our grounding in the faith that has been our source of strength in times of challenge and doubt. Becoming agents of hope in a world of distraction, pessimism and busyness takes great courage. Together, we will explore how God's presence, hidden in every moment of life, equips us to be courageous and hopeful for ourselves and others.
