Rivier College Reunion Awards Luncheon 2011

On June 11, 2011, during the River College Alumni Awards Luncheon, the Alumni Association presented the 2011 Sr. Madeleine of Jesus Awards. Each year the awards are given to distinguished alumni to honor their exceptional dedication and contribution to Rivier College, service to community and profession, and significant civic, professional, or humanitarian efforts. This year, the Alumni Association honored Sr. Marie Couture, p.m. '57, Shirley Acres '97, and in a break with tradition, retiring President Dr. William Farrell received an honorary award for his decade of service to Rivier.
