Have you had it tested for seizures?
I'm guessing that you are not a vet either. Also, having a dog on TV doesn't automatically make you right, it just makes you opportunistic and taking advantage of a sick animal...

This is seizures. There are many different kinds for dogs; this looks like complex partial seizures. Please, look it up and try the medication and it should take care of these (light dose of phenobarbitol). And no, I am not a vet. But DO look it up, and talk to your vet about it please!
