This video is just so people can see what the bass part is like. I've decided to start taking on the task of uploading Bass videos of new Rock Band DLC to be linked to on Scorehero shortly after they're released.

These 3 DLC songs are from the Scene Pack released May 6, 2008 and are $1.99 (160 MS points) each, or $5.49 (440 MS points) for the full pack. All are master tracks.

"This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race" by Fallout Boy
"Date With The Night" by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
"It Hurts" by Angels & Airwaves

  • How does this work...

    YYYs don't have a bassist >>

  • Huh, I didn't know that. Did this song (and Maps) have a bass part on the original album recording, or is it something they had to add for Rock Band?

  • Nick provides all the instruments besides obviously drums which Brian does and the singing that Karen does.

But he plays guitar, bass and synth.

  • well I think that the persons of rock band add a bass with some bassist or something

  • keyboard bass sounds? some bands do that

  • in the 2d album, brian did the bass, tough i don't know if in the 1st album there is an actual bass

  • i think they kinda toke the rythem guitar part for maps and gave it to bass, same with this but they dont have a bassist, but maybe a studio bassist?

  • This is nearly identical to the guitar chart, combine them together and you have the actual chart.

  • I'm pretty sure YYYs is a Trio.

    Karen, Brian, and Nick.

I don't think either of the songs have bass instruments. >>

Harmonix must have stuck the bass parts in there somehow.

  • YES, Bass chart is awesome !!! ^ ^
