Here's a 100% healthy and natural alternative to coffee. In these videos part 1 and 2 I'll be showing you two Instant Energy Exercises and I'll demonstrate why coffee doesn't actually give you energy and what's really going on instead.

It's not a pretty picture.

What's neat is that you can do these for just 2 or 3 minutes at a time and that's all you need. This is a fun kind of exercise. Not so serious.

And yet it has a great list of benefits to your life:

1. Gives you a quick yet natural burst of energy and mental awareness
2. It gives a rapid natural high
3. Strengthens your abs or abdominal muscles and core without the need to do situps or crunches of any kind.
4. These exercises detoxify you moving the your lymph fluid super effectively.
5. Helps to break addictions to coffee, alcohol and any other health destroyer.
6. It warms your body up quickly. Great warm up exercises.
7. Helps you to jump higher. While not a full out jumping program there are exercises in here that will strengthen your jumping ability.
8. As icing on top of the cake you'll also start to lose weight because you've just increased your level of exercise. That's assuming you don't take that as an excuse to pig out more often.

  • My generation doesn't drink coffee. We get our caffiene fix from energy drinks. Are these equally as bad? Meaning that its the caffiene in coffee that is the poison.

  • how I'm going to jump or exercise during a break a work? there is no space n clothes is office-clothes

  • @lyyanka You can certainly do many of these exercises in office clothing. Of course, one of the keys is to start your day with these before going to work.

    Then doing these while on break and or before lunch.

  • i read that cofee is actually healthy.

    so i drink it once a day in the morning before my workout

  • If you like drinking poison then I'm sure it will be healthy for you.

    But in reality there are many hucksters out there who don't have a clue about what true health really is.
