All men will never become gay.

The gene makes the males more susceptible to be gay, does not make them 100% of the time gay. Those male may end up straight or bisexual, and you only need a few males to impregnate millions of womans.

Even if all men turn gay (which is impossible) humans can do artificial inseminations. :)
