All the your jobs, school, your friends and your own body and the drama and theories and beliefs your mind constructs surrounding it all is the matrix.
Some of it is hell, some of it is amazing, but it is all temporary and a play our spirits put on. We are spirits, all one Great Spirit in fact. Our ego's act out the play and suppress the hidden spiritual truths such as the fact that the Earth is alive and we are all part of Gaia.
But even Gaia is bit a small bit of the Living Universe.

If you can find "Inuaki Reptilianul Din Mine" in english or your native language, you should definitely read it, it's not long & it uncovers everything that we are trained not to see, it might be hard to believe it, but you must crucify the ego (before it's far too late :D) & embrace the world around you, we are all one mind, we are but a segment of the matrix & our communication is crippled through intense amounts of brainwashing, we need to reestablish it & feel the love & harmony.
