  • how is this fun,,,fuck id be dead,,,holly shit

  • those are some tough potato eaters...

  • I agree that this type of metabolic demand is the best for fitness, as I use it myself, but Crossfiters are still human and they short-stroke, stall and collapse after workouts like everyone else.

  • what

  • i think method of training is best for overall fitness!! i do agree that there is a lack of control and form but i hope that only happens in challenges due to fatigue.

  • people always bitch about how crossfit doesnt make you "look" strong. Take a look at these guys and the women as well . PX90 has nothing on real strength .

  • "The chick doesnt looked fazed by everyone's else's wish to win." Nice way of saying she lost.

  • crossfit is all about technique and proper use of power, strength and motion. Some of these foos lose it mentally in heat of battle. The chick doesnt looked fazed by everyone's else's wish to win. Crossfit Pacifica is all about technique. but you see some of us get goofy near the end of the workout. Trainer has to jump on us and remind us to use the proper motion.

  • on the contrary there is... I've been going to cross fit for about a month now in preparation for basic training. my cross fit gym is very serious about making sure you have correct posture. it is easy to mess it up when going against the clock but they quickly correct you even if they have to stop you mid exercise, which sucks because you lose time. this is by far the best work out.

  • There doesn't seem to be much emphasis on control or proper range of motion in crossfit.
