This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath executive home comfortably sleeps 6-8 people & is ready for your arrival with linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen & beautiful amenities and extras.

Outdoors: The large back patio area is extremely private and serene with heated saltwater pool & spa, cascading waterfall & fountains, tanning shelf, outdoor hot or cold shower, built in BBQ island with seating for 4, umbrellas, dining area with seating for 4, 4 lounge chairs & extra patio seating.

Indoors: The beautiful kitchen is open and spacious and has corian countertops, 5-burner gas cook-top, double oven, microwave & dishwasher, under counter lighting and a kitchen bar with seating for 4. Great Room amenities include a gas fireplace, TV/DVD, cable and plenty of comfortable seating on the leather sectional and a sofabed and recliner. Dining area has seating for 4 and the kitchen table has seating for another 4.

Bedroom Descriptions: The Master Suite features a King-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, private door to the pool & spa and spacious walk in closet. Master bath area has an oversize tiled shower, soaking tub and dual vanities.

Bedroom Suite 2 features a King bed, TV, walk in closet and private, in suite bath. Bedroom 3 features 2 Twin beds, TV and walk in closet. The powder bath is in the hallway between the 3 bedrooms.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the new shops along 111. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
