Tiff was on Top Gear and left because he felt the show stopped being about the cars and started being about humor and the vain attention getting antics of the presenters. Tiff's goal is to provide accurate and relevant information for the real enthusiast, not be the most famous family program presenter, which is why he and his other cast-mates decided to leave and create Fifth Gear.

@TheEspenK Actually this is the Lotus version of the Opel omega not the English version of an Opel omega Lotus (no such thing exists). Opel never made Lotuses even when they were owned by the same people. Basically Lotus was let loose on a bog standard Opel from GM and told to go crazy. Think of it as an AMG or M division version of a standard model, that's the effect GM were trying to get. Hope that clears it up :)

So let me get this straight, Lotus do this thing for GM and redesign the engine corvettes used in the 90's to make it respectable... and in return GM make lotus make that turgid front wheel drive elan. This wasn't a good deal for Lotus.

Its an Vauxhall Charlton Lotus. The english version of Opel Omega Lotus.

England does not have opel, all modells are named Vauxhall

why dont they let some lotus engineers go crazy on a insignia would be pretty cool
