Is anyone else aghast that these people dress up their idiocy in bureaucratic legalese, and no one thinks it ridiculous? The New York State Assembly is listening to a guy bemoan his committees inability to get 'good neighbor' policies agreed on, or draw clear-cut lines 'when drumming is supposed to happen'.... They're like the worst kind of Big State Government in microcosm! They can't do ANYTHING effectively. 'General Committee'? Meet your future! Feckless bureaucrats! The NYSA!

I fail to see what this has to do with fascism, unless the uploader was being sarcastic. Notice the nature of decision making by the OWS protesters--it's horizontal and democratic, and totally transparent, based upon consensus building. That's quite the opposite of fascism.
