What a wonderful voice this man possessed and how effortlessly he used it to absolute perfection!
I just hope he got ample praise in the short span of time he was allotted.

@saltburner2 One of my earliest memories from childhood is listening to my parents 78 RPM Telefunken recording of this piece! They brought it with them to the U.S. after leaving Austria in 1938..
