That's not right. I know the suspect is a moron but it was a pretty dangerous move. The supsects head could have hit the concrete and leave him in a coma or even dead. That guy wasn't even a threat, come on you guys got guns and wearing bulletproof wests and a backing up officer. I don't think that the used violence was necesarry or you should just have warned that supsect, that he will get droppded to the floor if not cooperating. Protect and serve? my ass :)
