Pretty much it chronicles the hate/love relationship between Jayne and River. When she first gets on the ship he completely dislikes her (although he does think she is cute!). River, on the other hand, realizes that Jayne is a lover of guns and weapons and she herself is a weapon. Therefore, she is trying to convince him that they are very much alike. As Romanceguru puts it: they are handcrafted weapons struggling to survive. By the end of the video Jayne sees that they are alike, but he tells her it doesn't mean anything. Then he can't seem to stop thinking about River and in the end they find common ground. That's all there is to it. Enjoy!
The blank part with the talking is meant to show Jayne coming to River's room, right before the scene that follows afterwards.

Incredibly powerful. In my opinion definitely the best song he had with the band, maybe even including his solo stuff as well.

I'd never heard this song before. But it's so perfect - beautiful on it's own, just like River and Jayne (a pairing I'd never considered before I saw this video, also). I'm slightly overwhelmed by this video, currently. :)
