To me I personally think Jeff would be to much for the average listener to be able to comprehend his brilliance. What I mean is although music is subjective. There are far to many musical illiterates in this world to get him, but I do and that's the beauty of him is that I get his greatness, the very highest.

@MuthaFunkaMatt77 Somebody else may have a better answer, but IMO, neither ... I suspect it's a "rarity," either an outtake from "Grace" or an early demo, etc. He does, however, sing a similar version of this song on "Live at Sine," the live album he did before "Grace." It's also really good ... the entire album is, actually. Just Jeff and his guitar ...

@october1560 That was Bagdad Cafe. I think of it often. I relate to it. It's one of my favorite movies of all time! The woman leaves home with a suitcase and ends up as a waitress who meets the artist? Help me? I'm an artists sometimes and, dream of packing up my shit and going to a Bagdad Cafe.
