Uncut episode from Season 3. Johnny Lightly is thrown off a horse he's breaking at the Ponderosa and suffers a serious injury. He loses the use of his legs, though the doctor thinks the paralysis is only temporary. Johnny loses the will to live, despite the hopeful prognosis and his recovery rides on the doctor's assistant, Ann, who Johnny has grown fond of. for us who walk some of us take for granted that we can walk. its great to see action shows liek bonanza show respect to those who are not forgotten
